Thanks to a $300,000 state grant and lots of hard work by the Aurora Parks Committee, the city of Aurora announces the following city park upgrades & additions, now nearing completion:

Installation of a walking path around the park
Resurfacing & repainting of tennis & basketball courts
Installation of new picnic tables, baseball bleachers, benches, garbage cans & signage
Irrigation of park grounds
Construction of a new stage/shelter area for performances & gatherings
Removal of invasive plants & the addition of new trees & plants

December saw a broad range of real estate transactions throughout Aurora's 97002 zip code. These included the closing of a 32+ acre land transaction near Boones Ferry Road, plus the closing of a 2 acre buildable parcel near Schultz Road, and also a custom-built home not far from downtown Aurora.

Our sponsor, Certified Realty, was involved with each of these transactions. In fact, out of six total December Aurora real estate sales, Certified Realty handled half of them!
