Thanks to a $300,000 state grant and lots of hard work by the Aurora Parks Committee, the city of Aurora announces the following city park upgrades & additions, now nearing completion:

• Installation of a walking path around the park

• Resurfacing & repainting of tennis & basketball courts

• Installation of new picnic tables, baseball bleachers, benches, garbage cans & signage

• Irrigation of park grounds

• Construction of a new stage/shelter area for performances & gatherings
